Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed about 1–2 business days for product inspection and packaging.

  • It usually takes an additional 2–3 business days for goods to be transferred from our factory to the shipping warehouse.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 10–15 business days (depending on destination).

  • Express options may be available at checkout.

  • Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen events.

  • ⏳ The above delivery timeframe applies when the product is in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to arrange an alternative product or issue a refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • In some cases, promotional free shipping may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is specifically arranged.

  • For DDP shipments, tracking may only update after customs clearance in your country. Please allow extra time and kindly be patient.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Special Shipping Requirements

  • If you have any special requirements for shipping methods, please contact our customer service before placing your order.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier with your tracking number first. We are happy to assist where possible.
