Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), we will cover the shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size/model ordered, etc.), the buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. These amounts will not be refunded.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the eligibility criteria above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at pmusupplyshop@gmail.com.
