Create more precise, natural-looking cosmetic camouflage results with the YD Skin Camouflage Pigment Collection, a coordinated professional pigment system featuring 20 skin-tone shades from SK-01 to SK-20.

Designed for trained PMU and cosmetic camouflage professionals, the collection ranges from very light correcting shades through soft beige, neutral, warm and deeper brown tones, allowing artists to compare neighboring colors and create a more controlled approach to skin-tone matching.

Each shade is supplied in a 10ml / bottle and can be selected individually, making the range suitable both for building a professional camouflage palette and for restocking frequently used colors.

Why Choose the YD SK Series?

20-Shade Professional Color System

From very light tones through medium, warm, olive and deep brown directions, the SK range provides professional artists with a structured palette for comparing and customizing skin-tone colors.

Designed for Professional Skin Tone Matching

Skin color is rarely represented accurately by one generic “light,” “medium” or “dark” category.

Professional selection should consider:

  • Visible skin depth
  • Warm, cool, neutral or olive undertones
  • Surrounding skin color
  • Lighting conditions
  • Characteristics of the intended area
  • Healed appearance of previous work

The SK-01–SK-20 system gives artists neighboring colors to compare rather than relying on a single universal shade.

Mixable Color System

Where permitted by the current product instructions, neighboring SK shades can be blended in controlled ratios to create more individualized color directions.

For repeatable professional work, always record:

Shade Code + Mixing Ratio + Batch Information

Do not estimate important mixing ratios only by eye.

Professional Applications

Depending on practitioner training, client suitability, local regulations and the condition of the intended area, YD Skin Camouflage Pigments may be considered for professional cosmetic appearance work involving:

Scar Camouflage
For suitable, stable and fully healed scar areas where the visible color differs from surrounding skin.

Stretch Mark Camouflage
For fully healed stretch marks assessed as suitable for cosmetic color blending.

Corrective Pigmentation
For professional cosmetic balancing of suitable areas with visible color differences.

Areola Pigmentation
Suitable for appropriately trained practitioners performing restorative and cosmetic areola artistry.

Custom Skin-Tone Formulation
The coordinated 20-color range allows experienced artists to create more individualized pigment combinations.

How to Select a Shade

For professional results, do not choose a pigment based only on an online photograph or shade number.

1. Assess Skin Depth

Identify the approximate light, medium, tan or deep direction.

2. Identify Undertone

Evaluate whether the surrounding skin appears:

Warm / Cool / Neutral / Olive

3. Compare Neighboring SK Shades

Compare several nearby shades instead of automatically choosing one color.

4. Test According to Your Professional Protocol

Follow your established color-evaluation and suitability procedure before beginning a full procedure.

5. Record Your Formula

When shades are mixed, document the exact SK codes and ratios for future reference.

Important: Fitzpatrick Type Is Not a Pigment Shade Chart

The Fitzpatrick classification describes how skin responds to ultraviolet exposure; it does not directly identify the correct camouflage pigment.

Two clients within the same Fitzpatrick category can have noticeably different visible depths and undertones.

For this reason, final pigment selection should be based on professional in-person assessment rather than Fitzpatrick type alone.

Professional Use & Important Precautions

For professional use only.

This range is intended for trained practitioners working within their professional qualifications and applicable local requirements.

Do not perform cosmetic camouflage procedures on:

  • Active irritation or inflammation
  • Open wounds
  • Incompletely healed tissue
  • Active infection
  • Unstable or actively changing areas
  • Areas that have not completed the appropriate healing period after surgery, injury, laser treatment or another procedure

Cosmetic camouflage is intended to alter visible appearance only. Pigments do not treat an underlying condition, restore melanin production, remove scars or change scar structure.

Shade Selection Disclaimer

Pigment colors shown on screens may vary because of:

  • Monitor and phone display settings
  • Photography lighting
  • Skin undertone
  • Existing pigmentation
  • Mixing ratios
  • Technique and implantation
  • Individual healed response

For this reason, an exact or invisible healed match cannot be guaranteed from an online color chart alone.

Professional in-person color assessment is strongly recommended.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
