Lip Care Post-Procedure (Simplified Version)

Day 1:
1. Clean lips with metronidazole after lip operation. If swelling occurs, perform AOE lip exercises. Eat dry food and avoid soupy dishes, hot or oily foods, and spicy items like beef, seafood, barbecue, and chili.
2. After meals, clean lips with cold boiled water or metronidazole water every 30 minutes to 1 hour to keep lips dry.
3. Use cold boiled water or drinking water when brushing teeth to avoid bacteria from tap water.
4. Avoid wearing masks to allow lips to breathe.
5. Take acyclovir tablets daily for three days to prevent infection.

Day 2:
1. Lips may become dry. Apply hydrocortisone eye ointment to moisturize and reduce inflammation.
2. Clean lips after dinner and apply acyclovir cream to prevent herpes.

Day 3:
1. Peak period for blisters. Repeat daily lip cleaning.
2. Continue applying acyclovir cream to prevent herpes.
3. If dry, continue applying erythromycin eye ointment, but do not tear off scabs during the peeling process.

Day 4:
1. Lip condition should be mostly normal. Continue avoiding certain foods for one more day. Apply lip repair essence for moisturization, but avoid using lipstick for two weeks.
